About the Role

Aureus Group is looking for Centre Directors who can lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives in the direction of working towards the company goals. They need to be equipped with strong organization and sales skills, with extensive product knowledge and able to provide excellent customer service in order to ensure that he/she can promote the company and our programmes effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth
• Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual management-assigned targets
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct sales activities and events to support the team with lead generation and conversions
• Retain existing customers through effective problem solving and ensure that all team members uphold the highest quality of service standards at all times
• Ensure desirable centre growth by providing excellent customer service and mitigate student turnover
• Maintain or exceed assigned closure or conversion rate target for all trials to enrolments to ensure maximum output from leads.
• Plan, manage, and execute teacher growth plans in order to achieve monthly teacher targets assigned by the management for respective centre
• Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
• General Administration

Hiring Criteria:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the customer service field, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position
• Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends
• Strong sense of adaptability and leadership
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Being bilingual/trilingual would be an advantage)
• Goal-driven individuals with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drive the growth of the centre
• Positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality with the passion for customer service

As an Executive, Transformation & Development, you will support the Manager, Transformation & Manager in working closely with stakeholders consisting of SHC member organisations, social service agencies (SSAs), corporations, government agencies, donors and volunteers to facilitate concerted efforts in increasing public awareness and education on hospice and palliative care in Singapore.

BROAD FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
FORUMS & WEBINARS COORDINATION

1. Lead overall coordination, planning and execution of forums and/or webinars
2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including speakers and moderators
3. Coordinate registration, publicity and marketing efforts
4. Provide support during forum/webinar, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth session for all attendees
5. Prepare post-session reports and consolidate feedback

SECRETARIAT SUPPORT TO SHC COMMITTEES

1. Provide secretariat support to SHC committees, including but not limited to the Healthcare Professional (HCP) Committee, National Palliative Care Quality Improvement (NatPalQI) Committee and Clinical Services Steering Committee (CSSC)
2. Coordinate and schedule committee meetings, including logistical arrangements (venue, virtual platform setup, audio-visual requirements)
3. Support the preparation of meeting agendas and presentations as required
4. Attend committee meetings and accurately minute meeting proceedings in a timely manner
5. Engage and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

1. Support the planning and implementation of new and/or ongoing projects within the Transformation & Development department, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines
2. Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure follow-through on deliverables
3. Provide support for conferences organised or co-organised by SHC, including but not limited to logistical coordination, programme planning, stakeholder liaison, and on-site management

GENERAL

1. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor and/or Executive Director from time to time

Peak Ocean is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Assistant to manage intercompany accounting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions for the Group’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

General Ledger (GL)

• Maintain full sets of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. 
• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet schedules. 
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. 
• Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances, and general ledger accounts. 
• Support preparation of financial statements and audit schedules. 
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and internal controls. 

Intercompany Accounting

• Handle intercompany billings, settlements, and reconciliations across regional/group entities. 
• Investigate and resolve intercompany discrepancies in a timely manner. 
• Coordinate with overseas finance teams on monthly closing and reconciliation matters. 
• Prepare supporting documentation for transfer pricing and intercompany transactions where required. 

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers accurately and timely. 
• Verify supporting documents and ensure proper approvals before payment processing. 
• Prepare payment runs via GIRO/online banking. 
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies. 
• Maintain vendor master records and filing systems. 

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare customer invoices, debit/credit notes, and receipts. 
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments. 
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies. 
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on billing matters. 

Reporting & Compliance

• Assist in GST preparation and submission. 
• Support internal and external audits. 
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. 
• Assist in finance process improvement initiatives and system enhancements. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Experience, academic qualification, etc.)

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with intercompany exposure. 
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations. 
• Experience in handling GL, AP, and AR functions independently. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting system such as QuickBooks.  
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. 
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to start work as soon as possible.
• Contractual role for a period of 2 years. 
• Possibility of conversion to full-time employee, subject to performance

Job Descriptions:

Program & Product Operations

• Own the end-to-end affiliate program experience, including partner onboarding, activation, and lifecycle management.

• Design and launch affiliate initiatives (e.g., campaigns, missions, incentives) within internal platforms, ensuring scalability and strong user experience.

• Drive partner growth through targeted lifecycle campaigns (acquisition, activation, reactivation) using CRM and engagement tools.

• Manage and continuously improve the affiliate ecosystem and community experience at scale.

Product Analytics & Insights

• Leverage data to evaluate product and campaign performance, uncover growth opportunities, and identify friction points in the user journey.

• Monitor key metrics (e.g., activation rates, conversion, tracking accuracy) and proactively surface anomalies or performance gaps.

• Translate data insights into actionable product and operational improvements.

Product & Process Optimisation

• Continuously refine workflows and user journeys across onboarding, campaign setup, communications, and support.

• Identify product gaps, tooling limitations, or UX pain points, and partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement enhancements.

• Contribute to roadmap discussions by providing data-backed recommendations to improve platform functionality and partner experience.

Partner & Stakeholder Experience

• Act as the voice of affiliates by addressing partner needs related to platform features, attribution, incentives, and performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless and consistent partner experience.

• Support enablement through training materials, knowledge hubs, and scalable documentation.

Quality, Governance & Platform Integrity

• Ensure campaigns, incentives, and partner activities align with platform policies, compliance standards, and regional regulations.

• Maintain high standards of data integrity, tracking accuracy, and overall platform reliability.

Web & Digital Experience Management

• Own and optimise affiliate-facing digital touchpoints (landing pages, education hubs, dashboards).

• Iterate on content, design, and UX using CMS tools (e.g., Webflow, WordPress) to improve conversion and usability.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in product operations, growth and digital platforms.

• Strong data handling skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL a bonus).

• Ability to build and update web pages (Webflow/WordPress/HTML/CSS basic proficiency advantageous).

• Demonstrated ability to identify user pain points and drive cross-functional solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and cross-team coordination abilities.
