What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a WSHO in the construction industry
• Possess a valid WSHO certificate and relevant safety certifications
• Possess a valid ECO and ECMO certificate
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels

Relief Operations Support Officer

The Relief Operations Support Officer maintains workplace cleanliness and provides logistical and administrative support for school operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and workplace facilities

• Assist with preparation of laboratory equipment, apparatus and substances for lessons

• Perform simple administrative and office tasks

• Provide logistical support for school events and activities, including transportation and arrangement of furniture and equipment

• Undertake other duties as assigned

Educational Requirement

• Minimum PSLE education.

• To possess WSQ qualification, or equivalent.

Skillset Requirement

• Able to performance daily duties

• Support science laboratory operations, including administrative activities, equipment inspections, and to lift and carry items within school premises

• Basic communication skills

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Basic awareness of laboratory safety practices and willingness to learn proper handling procedures for chemicals and equipment

• Ability to maintain simple records and demonstrate care in handling laboratory materials

• Support senior team in developing and executing communications strategies – PR, social media marketing, owned and earned content.
• Develop and sustain a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and trends.
• Cultivating relationships with key spokespeople, media and influencers (in Singapore and across the APAC region).
• Be involved in developing new business proposals and pitching.
• Develop media monitoring and media coverage reports with an understanding of how to analyse and value coverage pieces.
• Ensure delivery of key milestones including presentations, approvals, and production.
• Writing and editing content for a variety of external and internal communications channels.
• Be responsible to create clear, actionable client-facing communications, status reports, campaign summary reports and general account activity reports.
• Immersing yourself in all things media – from the latest movers to monitoring the daily news agenda, analysing how outlets are covering key trends, developing media relationships…and everything in between.

Who we’re looking for:

• Fresh graduates or individuals with 1 - 2 years of PR agency experience. Those with more experience may be considered for a Senior Account Executive role.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a process driven approach
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle a number of projects and tasks simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality work to tight deadlines
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• An interest in learning about and working across different industries
