· Plan and co-ordinate weekly/monthly production and manpower schedules.
· Set and implement SOPs in line with cGMP to facilitate supervision for quality and process control.
· Implement and write reports for rework, scrap/loss disposal, process deviation, process validation, new process and change in process.
· Set and implement process flow structure and chart for compilation of process capacity and ability records.
· Prepare and implement work improvement program.
. Any other tasks assigned by Superior.

Job Requirement:
· Minimum Diploma in any field.
· 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment.
· Good communication, analytical and leadership skill.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Work in cleanroom environment (Required to wear cleanroom uniform).

Understand Singapore Carpentry Factory works, assist to manage Carpentry operations. Need to have carpenter full set of skills to be able to control our quality control of our cabinets and built in custom carpentry.

• Supervise daily laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and packing.
• Monitor staff performance, provide guidance and support, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Assign tasks and schedule work shifts to meet operational needs.
• Inspect cleaned items to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor use of laundry chemicals and equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety.
• Train new employees on laundry procedures, machine operation, and safety guidelines.
• Handle minor repairs and maintenance of laundry equipment or report issues to maintenance staff.
• Maintain inventory of supplies (detergents, fabric softeners, etc.) and order as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Ensure all hygiene and health regulations are followed according to company policy.
• Communicate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, or clients) to coordinate laundry needs.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in laundry operations or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge of laundry equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high-quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  

• To provide site support to the Project Manager & Engineers;
• To perform job estimations. drawings, site surveys and etc;
• To effectively handle customer’s direct complaints and feedbacks so that situation won’t be aggravated;
• To assist in preparation of daily and weekly program for asphalt laying works;
• To closely co-ordinate and supervise progress of works by ensuring timely and safely completion of each works and fully comply with customer’s needs;
• To perform site measurements, maintain records and submit date to Project Manager & Engineers for billing;
• To update daily work done for all jobs;
• To lead team in performing house-keeping on site after every job is completed;
• To ensure compliance with ISO requirements & EHS standards;
