Your responsibilities include:

• Upholding the high culinary standards of our kitchen and championing precision in every task.
• Execute the tenets of mise-en-place efficiently; including, setup of the array of ingredients, the process of preparing, caring for your workstation

The Sous Chef will lead our back-of-house kitchen team, serving as a key leader in our culinary operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and kitchen efficiency.
