·       Professional registration, chartership or membership of a relevant professional institution preferred.

·       Significant experience in MEP engineering, design management, or project delivery within a consultancy environment.

·       Demonstrated expertise in applying engineering principles and industry best practice across complex building or infrastructure projects.

·       Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating stakeholders across project phases.

·       Strong commercial, contractual, and risk management awareness.

·       Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

·       Strong organisationaland time management skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritieseffectively.
