Job Requirement:

1.    Bachelor / Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant discipline

2.    Minimum 5 years of product design development experience with excellent grasp of Engineering and Design principles.

3.    Experience in interconnects design industry is desirable. Senior/Staff position requires excellent design leadership skills and relevant product life-cycle knowledge.

4.    Proficient with Mechanical Design, Solid Mechanics theory and its application to product design

5.    Familiar with CAD/CAE tool: Pro-Engineer CREO/ANSYS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to IP selection and architecture definition; create functional specifications.
• Perform PPA evaluation and optimization.Develop RTL for functional blocks/units with architectural features and timing constraints, targeting synthesis and APR.
