• Degree, Masters or PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering with 7 years or more experience in semiconductor R&D product development and relevant field.
• Strong expertise in analog design, opto-electronics design, and/or power MOSFET design.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional team environments.
• Possesses strong technical engineering skills in semiconductor product characterization, yield analysis and improvement, bench test setup, and ATE testing.
• Experience in statistical analysis tools for volume data analysis and semiconductor physical failure analysis.
• Experience in NPI project leadership and taking product from verification/ qualification to high volume soft launch is a plus.
