2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
4. Has extensive experience in recruiting for a variety of positions, including but not limited to sales, BD, product manager, marketing, R&D, etc. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed HR decisions.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
7. Having prior experience in the digital assets industry is a bonus.

What you'll be doing

• Support the preparation, validation, and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics

• Perform audits and analysis of HR performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Information Technology/ Statistics/ Human Resource or related studies 

• 1 – 3 years of working experience in analytics or data-related roles

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, charts) and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organised, proactive, and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Handles office receptionist duties
• Assist in Finance& HR administrative duties
• Handles data entry of cost related computations
• Issuance of Purchase Orders & liaise on procurement matters
• Preparation of Sales Quotation and handles email correspondences with clients.
• Assist in updating employees’ attendance, leave reports in system.
