The role of the Maintenance Supervisor includes:
- Lead mechanical contractors in executing plant maintenance, modification, and construction works to ensure timely, safe, and reliable operations without disruption.
- Coordinate with plant operators and maintenance teams to carry out works while maintaining safety and facility integrity.
- Perform mechanical studies and implement facility modifications based on technical specifications and business needs.
- Investigate equipment issues, analyze findings, and recommend preventive solutions to avoid recurrence.
- Organize and conduct training for staff and contractors to improve skills and competency.
- Respond promptly to plant emergencies and resolve mechanical issues within tight timelines.
- Ensure implementation of management systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SS651 standards.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance within oil, petrochemical, or power industries.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing static and rotating equipment such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, agitators, pumps, compressors, and blowers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and contractors, and work collaboratively.
