What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Singapore, you’ll play a critical, hands-on role in driving Airwallex’s rapid growth. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level corporate roles, including Finance, Legal, Marketing, and more, across APAC and beyond. You’ll partner directly with executives and hiring managers, develop and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Develop and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, market mapping, networking, direct outreach, and AI tools to build strong pipelines of high-quality candidates.

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• 8–15 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with proven success hiring corporate professionals (Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc.) in a fast-paced tech or fintech company.

• Demonstrated ability to build and execute creative sourcing plans to attract top talent for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.

• Hands-on offer negotiation and candidate closing expertise in a competitive market.

• Ability to work autonomously, influence stakeholders, and move fast.

• Strong work ethic, humility, and a can-do attitude.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience recruiting across a range of corporate functions and seniority levels, preferably in high-growth, global organizations.

Overview

This role supports the strategy and operations of contingent workforce hiring across APAC, including temporary staff, independent contractors, and vendor workers. You’ll partner with hiring managers and external suppliers to ensure smooth, compliant hiring processes while delivering a strong experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, suppliers, and contingent workers across multiple APAC markets

The Total Rewards Partner at the geographical level is responsible for implementing and managing reward processes within the respective geography (country or cluster of countries). Job Purpose

The Associate Executive, Partner Retention will be responsible for the retention of all existing taxi hirer accounts, including maintaining good customer relations with taxi hirers and recontracting existing hirers. This position will work closely with the various taxi operations departments to create rapport and provide good customer service to existing taxi drivers.

• Retain all existing taxi hirer accounts
• Build & maintain a cordial, strong working relationship with taxi hirers
• Engage and provide excellent customer service to address hirers’ concerns/disputes
• Meet KPIs set by the Manager and/or HOD

Skills & Experience Required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Conversant in English and any Mother Tongue (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) ; Dialect is an advantage as candidates may be required to speak with Taxi Drivers who converse in various Mother Tongues
