The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational systems, capturing and escalating alerts, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operational systems and dashboards at the customer site.
• Track and record system alerts and incidents.
• Escalate alerts and issues to designated stakeholders via email.
• Extract and compile data from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Prepare monthly reports on alerts, incidents, and operational issues.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of issues.

Requirements

1. Project Coordination

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination ofsteel and metal works projects

• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors,suppliers, and internal teams

• Track shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, andtechnical submissions

2. Drawings & Technical Support

• Assist in drawing coordination (Drawings prepared by thedrafting team)

• Liaise with the drafting team on revisions, updates, andcoordination issues

3. Material Take-Off & Procurement

• Assist in material quantity take-off for steel and metalworks

• Support the Project Manager/QS in cost checking, variationorder (VO) support, and progress claims

• Maintain basic records for quantities, tonnage, andmaterial usage

• Assist in material requisitions and delivery planning

4. Site Support

• Assist PM in site coordination, installation planning, andwork sequencing

• Attend site meetings and inspections when required

• Support the PM in resolving site issues related to steeland metal works

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Assist PM in preparing simple project reports, schedules,and trackers

• Ensure documentation is updated, organised, and properlycontrolled

• Maintain and support wafer test equipment or metrology tool readiness in the fab

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to support detailed engineering, design development, and project execution activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing engineering drawings, performing design calculations, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring engineering deliverables are completed in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and schedule requirements.

The role supports both routine operations and improvement activities to ensure stable process performance, product quality, and effective industrialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze defect Pareto, defect maps, and characterization data to identify root causes and containment actions.
• Drive tool OOC reduction and lead sporadic defect reduction activities.
• Lead the troubleshooting of defectivity alert and involve in Material Review Board for material assessment and disposition.
• Support troubleshooting of defectivity alerts and escalation of critical issues.
• Work closely with process, equipment, device, quality, and production teams to drive defect reduction and line stability.
• Support technology transfer and industrialization activities to ensure smooth deployment of new products and processes.
