Warehouse Assistant (Funeral Services) - 5.5 working days
Job Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Inventory Management 库存管理
- Receive, check and record incoming goods and materials 负责接收、检查及登记入库物资
- Manage and organise funeral-related items such as funeral supplies 管理及整理殡葬相关物资，如丧礼用品
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts 定期进行库存盘点，确保库存准确
2. Equipment Preparation 设备准备
- Prepare funeral equipment and materials according to daily operational requirements 根据每日丧礼服务需求准备相关设备及物资
- Ensure all items are ready for funeral setup and collection by operations team 确保所有物资准备齐全，供运营团队使用
3. Loading, Unloading & Handling 装卸与搬运
- Assist with loading and unloading of funeral equipment and materials 协助装卸丧礼设备及用品
- Assist operations team in preparing equipment for delivery and collection 协助运营团队准备出车所需物资
- Ensure proper handling of items to prevent damage 确保物品搬运过程中不受损
4. Warehouse Maintenance 仓库管理
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety of the warehouse 负责保持仓库整洁、有序及安全
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use 确保设备使用后清洁并妥善存放
5. Operational Support 运营支援
- Support operations team during peak periods or large-scale funeral services when required 在大型丧礼或繁忙时段协助运营团队
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or management 完成主管安排的其他工作任务
Requirements 任职要求
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent 至少中学学历或同等资格
- Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, email, basic data entry) 需要具备基本的电脑技能（Microsoft Office、电子邮件、基本数据录入）
- Experience in warehouse, logistics or operations preferred 具仓库、物流或运营经验者优先
- Physically fit and able to carry heavy items when required 体力良好，能够搬运较重物品
- Responsible, hardworking and team player 工作认真负责，能与团队合作
- Able to work overtime when required 必要时能配合加班
