Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 4 vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
• Transport goods, equipment, or personnel to designated locations on schedule.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and supporting documents.
• Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet customer requirements.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and road safety regulations.
• Coordinate with operations staff, customers, and site personnel regarding deliveries and collections.
• Keep vehicles clean and in good working condition.
• Assist with basic loading and unloading duties when required.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or unexpected situations during transportation.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence.
• Clean driving record with good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant driving experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading activities.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or shifts when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or construction industries.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ability to use GPS and delivery management systems.

Job Description

• Fulfilled all assigned delivery on time
• Picking and packing of items from Central Kitchen to be dispatched to outlets
• Transfer of all required items between outlets
• Loading into and unloading of items from truck • Assist with export packing (when necessary)
• Picking imports from the airport and deliver to outlets (when necessary)
• Picking and transferring of items from external warehouse
• Picking items from head office and deliver to outlets
• Collection of raw materials, equipment, etc from suppliers (when necessary)
• Compliance with HACCP/5S guidelines

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and family-oriented Personal Driver to support a private household. This role serves as the primary driver for the Principal and family, ensuring safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for both business and personal commitments. You will play an important role in supporting the family’s daily logistics, requiring a high degree of professionalism, discretion, flexibility, and trustworthiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Principal Transportation: Provide daily chauffeuring services for the Principal, including transportation to and from the office, business meetings, appointments, and other professional engagements.
• Family Transportation: Support the transportation needs of the Principal’s family, including school runs, enrichment classes, appointments, social activities, and other family-related travel requirements.
• Family Logistics & Errands: Assist with household transportation needs, including grocery runs, collection of items, and other ad hoc errands as required.
• Vehicle Stewardship: Take full ownership of the vehicle’s upkeep, including regular car washes, refueling/charging, and coordinating routine maintenance and servicing appointments.
• Schedule Management & Readiness: Proactively plan routes, monitor traffic conditions, and maintain flexibility to support changes in the Principal’s schedule while ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Safety & Professionalism: Maintain a clean, smoke-free vehicle environment and uphold the highest standards of road safety, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record as a Personal or Private Driver supporting senior executives, business owners, or private families. Experience handling Electric Vehicles (EVs), large MPVs (e.g., Toyota Alphard), and luxury continental cars is highly advantageous.
• Driving Excellence: An exemplary driving record with no demerit points. Possession of a Private Hire Driver's Vocational Licence (PDVL) is a significant bonus and preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to facilitate clear communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking family members and household staff.
• Physical Fitness & Safety: Must be physically fit to assist with carrying groceries, luggage, and household items where required. The role requires maintaining high levels of alertness for extended periods and a commitment to safe driving practices.
• Health & Screening: Due to the nature of the role and to ensure the safety and security of all passengers, the successful driver may be asked to undergo a pre-employment medical examination and comprehensive background and reference checks.
• Eligibility: This role is based in Singapore; candidates must have the legal right to work in Singapore.

Working Arrangement & Benefits

• Package: Competitive base salary + 13th Month (AWS) and performance-based bonus. Salary will be commensurate with experience and is inclusive of the specified weekend and public holiday support.
• Working Hours: Primarily Monday to Friday, with working hours aligned to the Principal’s business commitments and family schedules.
• Weekend & PH Support: As the role supports both the Principal’s professional commitments and family activities, the driver is expected to provide support on one day each weekend and on Public Holidays (excluding Chinese New Year).
• "Give-and-Take" Philosophy: In recognition of weekend and public holiday support, the driver may enjoy extended paid rest periods when the family is travelling overseas (subject to operational requirements).
• Vehicle Usage: The driver may drive the vehicle home most days, providing significant convenience and time savings for the daily commute.

Job Description:

• Handle containers loading/unloading.

• Ensure to place empty containers at the appropriate locations and in safe position.

• Ensure to allocate appropriate space for container storage that makes retrieve easy and release efficient.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess forklift driver license.
