• Provide general administrative support, including preparation of documents, reports, and presentation materials.
• Maintain and organise electronic filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping and easy retrieval of documents.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and other administrative activities.
• Support basic finance-related duties such as reviewing invoices, processing expense claims, and maintaining records.
• Perform data entry tasks with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Update and validate data records in Excel to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
• Assist in compiling and organising information for reports, presentations, and operational requirements.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects and carry out additional administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and document management.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Prior experience in administrative, coordination, or operations support roles will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and collaborative attitude.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Sales Admin / Sales Executive
• Working Location: Pioneer (Transport provided from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with new customers.
• Help customers with sales inquiries through phone calls and emails.
• Follow up on inquiries and finalize orders.
• Speed up order processing and handle quotes and invoices.
• Keep the sales team informed with necessary updates.
• Coordinate with Store and Logistics for deliveries.
• Oversee deliveries and stock levels for customers.
• Manage inventory efficiently.
• Support the Sales team with operations.

• GCE "O" level, Nitec or Diploma in related discipline
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowing SAP is a plus.
• Understanding of import/export paperwork, shipping, marine insurance, or L/C negotiation is a bonus.
