Key Responsibilities

• Assist in research, documentation, filing, and maintenance of accurate financial and corporate secretarial records.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, including management accounts, presentation materials, and investor reports, providing insights into business performance, trends, tenancy arrears, forecasts, and credit assessments.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, banks, and investors on finance-related matters.
• Participate in projects aimed at strengthening accounting processes, IT controls, internal controls, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
