Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract administration for major construction projects.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in claims and dispute resolution.

• Professional certifications preferred (MRICS, CIArb, PMP, CIPS, etc.).

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors' work progress on site according to the project schedule to ensure timely completion
• Lead a team of inspectors to manage incoming, in-process, and finished goods issues promptly and systematically

• Assist the project engineer in supervising daily site operations and coordinating structural and architectural works
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractor activities and resolve supplier and subcontractor issues on site

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid BCSS certificate

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and manage quality control procedures for electrical works on site.

· Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of electrical installations, equipment, and materials.

· Review and verify electrical shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for compliance.

· Monitor workmanship to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards.

· Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs), track corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.
