Your duties shall cover but not restricted to the following:

• Lead team of electricians

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks at assigned sites (e.g. vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, etc.)
• Support installation works as instructed.
• Inform supervisors when supplies are low, equipment is damaged, or facility issues need repair.
• Assist with deliveries.
• Perform general housekeeping in the warehouse and storage areas.
• Follow safety and cleanliness requirements.
• Use cleaning and maintenance equipment safely and properly.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager or Management.

We are looking for food and beverage supervisor who is responsible forall of the business operations of a dining establishment. Duties typicallyinclude interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing employees, aswell as overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and otherrestaurant equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer service by training and coaching staff on proper service techniques, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintains constant communication with and supports the Executive Chef;
• Analyses and monitors food and supply costs and revenue data on daily, weekly and monthly basis;
• Manages the guest dining reservation system;
• Receives and greets guests and assists with seating, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience;
• Coordinates food service between kitchen and service staff;
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills;
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service;

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience as F&B Supervisor or related role

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations, including service flow, staff allocation, and customer handling.

Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards.

Lead and supervise service staff, provide coaching, on-the-job training and performance feedback.

Prepare staff duty roster and ensure sufficient manpower during peak hours.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Assist in monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies and maintaining proper storage.

Oversee cashiering functions, ensure accurate cash reconciliation and adherence to SOP.

Ensure workplace cleanliness, hygiene and food safety (SFA/NEA requirements).

Enforce compliance with company policies, service standards, and safety regulations.

Assist in preparing daily reports, sales summaries, and operational documentation.

Support management in implementing promotions, events and operational improvements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Production Supervision

• Leadand supervise daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules for automotive components.
• Allocate manpower and oversee machine operations across multiple moulding lines.
• Ensure strict adherence to productivity targets, cycle times, and output efficiency.

2. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all parts produced meet automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Work closely with Quality Assurance on in-process checks and non-conformance issues.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for any quality deviations or customer complaints.

3. Moulding Process Control

• Oversee mould changeovers, machine start-up, shutdown, and parameter settings.
• Optimize machine settings to improve product consistency and reduce scrap.
• Troubleshoot process or equipment issues to minimize downtime.

4. Team Leadership

• Supervise and coach a team of moulding technicians, operators, and material handlers.
• Conduct training on safe machine operation, work instructions, and 5S practices.
• Evaluate team performance, manage shift handovers, and ensure discipline.

5. Maintenance Coordination

• Ensure daily machine maintenance checks are performed.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance on injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.

6. Safety & Workplace Management

• Enforce safety regulations and PPE usage at all times.
• Promote a clean and organized work environment (5S, Kaizen).
• Report and assist in investigating workplace incidents or near-misses.
