Key Responsibilities

Loyalty Programme Management

• Manage and execute the Member-Get-Member (referral) programme, including end-to-end coordination and fulfilment.
• Support the development and execution of loyalty-led initiatives to enhance client engagement and retention.

Client Gifting & Experience

• Oversee festive gifting programmes, including sourcing, vendor management, and fulfilment for key occasions (e.g., year-end, festive celebrations).
• Ensure seamless delivery of premium gifting experiences aligned with brand standards.

Campaign & Asset Coordination

• Coordinate and manage the design, production, and delivery of branded materials such as festive packets and client collaterals.
• Ensure proper approvals, timelines, and quality standards are met across all deliverables.

Digital & Client Experience Support

• Provide input and review for enhancements to client-facing platforms (e.g., booking websites), ensuring an intuitive and premium user experience.

Client Communications

• Support the development and execution of ad-hoc client communications tailored to the wealth segment.
• Ensure messaging aligns with brand tone, compliance guidelines, and client expectations.

Vendor & Premium Management

• Manage corporate premiums, including sourcing, inventory, and distribution.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, client engagement, loyalty programmes, or related roles.
• Understanding of the Wealth / Private Banking segment is good to have
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope

• Provide receptionist duties at front counter
• Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
• Able to apply basic patient care
• Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
• Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
• Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

Job Requirements

• Min GCE N/O/A Level or Diploma in any studies
• Availability to work office hours 5.5 days

Job Summary

Manage customer orders and enquiries, handle cargo documentation, coordinate with customer and operations teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with client procedures and preparing regular reports.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and within required timeframes to meet delivery schedules

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear, timely sales quotations

• Manage customer requests efficiently to maintain smooth service operations

• Prepare and handle cargo documentation for import, export, and local trucking shipments

• Close job files monthly to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting

• Liaise and coordinate with drivers, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of goods

• Ensure all activities comply with client’s standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency

• Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to complete orders fully and on schedule

• Prepare and submit monthly, weekly, and daily reports as required to track performance and operations

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs

You will manage and supervise the construction of road projects, including new roads, expressways, road interchanges, flyovers, underpasses and depressed road structures. You will be responsible for the supervision and completion of projects, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with the specified quality and safety standards. You will also be involved in the overall project coordination, as well as resolving any technical and contractual issues encountered in the projects.

Requirement:• Knowledge in Civil / Structural Engineering
• At least 2 years relevant experience in a project / construction environment
• Experience in civil / structural design will be an advantage
• Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project works
• Pro-active with strong analytical and communication skills
