• Develop, review, and maintain Workforce Management SOPs, ensuring alignment with operational best practices, audit requirements, and internal controls.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline WFM processes across forecasting, scheduling, and RTA.
• Support implementation of automation, AI forecasting, and other WFM technology enhancements.

1. Category Strategy Development and Execution

• Manage category margins, budgets, forecasting and product assortment to optimize category performance.

• Analyse sales data, market trends and consumer insights to identify patterns and spot opportunities for category growth

• Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions and product performance

• Collaborate with sales channels to create promotional plans and campaigns for the category and coordinate with marketing for execution

• Coordinate training for sales channels to facilitate understanding of products to properly meet customer needs

2. Product Management

• Partner sales channels and procurement team to forecast demand and collaborate with vendors to ensure product availability.

• Monitor stock levels, fluctuations in demand and ensure proper inventory management.

• Identify slob and collaborate with sales channels to manage slob reduction

• Maintain product database to facilitate sales and logistics

3. Vendor Relationships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional activities with suppliers.

• Ensure that new products meet quality standards and are delivered in accordance to internal guidelines.

Job Requirements

·       Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in category management.

·       Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.

·       Demonstrated success in leveraging market insights to drive product strategies.

·       Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate effectively.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·       Proficiency in relevant software and data analysis tools.

·       Ability to develop and implement category strategies.

Responsibilities:

(i) Prepare cost estimation, endorse and ensure timely submission to the Employer Representatives for approval;

(ii) Prepare financial projection and carry out budgetary and expenditure control of Contractor’s works;

(iii) Prepare Contractor’s monthly payment claims and final account for the Contract and ensure timely and complete submissions to the Employer Representatives for payment, including all supporting documents and evidence;

(iv) Evaluate and carry outmeasurement where necessary,with claims for Purchase Orders;

(v) Compile all payment claims,interim certificates, Purchase Orders and invoices and ensure timely submission to the Employer Representatives for payment;

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Facilities Management or Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Posses basic knowledge of handling quotations, invoices and cost tracking is an advantage.
• Have experience in IFM is an added advantage.

Role Description

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to two to three Managing Directors within the International Wealth Management Division. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail to support senior leadership and divisional operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated executive assistant services to three Managing Directors.
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
• Process and submit travel and expense (T&E) reports in accordance with company policies
• Coordinate office logistics and administrative requirements
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Handle ad-hoc administrative projects as required

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business or Finance
• Minimum 8 years’ experience providing executive assistant support to C-suite or senior management level executives
• Experience in managing complex calendar management across multiple time zones and comprehensive travel coordination using professional booking systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
• Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• Ability to read financial statements is desirable, but not a must.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
