* Assist in project budget control and cost tracking

* Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

* Attend site visits or site measurements where necessary

* Support tender submission and project documentation

* Maintain proper filing and documentation for all contracts, quotations, and claims

* Work closely with management and operations team to support project execution and commercial control

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field

* 1–3 years of relevant QS experience in construction, renovation, interior works, stone works, tiling works, or related industry preferred

* Able to read drawings and understand construction details

* Good with measurements, costing, and numbers

* Organised, responsible, and able to work independently

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and costing/quotation software

* Experience in stone, marble, tiling, or facade-related works is an advantage

* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or drafting is a plus, but not the main scope

Requirements

• Equipped with knowledge of NCE application
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience and 2 years’ relevant experiences utility works

Job Description

• Manage and monitor all financial aspects including but not limited to budget & cost control of Projects assigned and ensure project runs within budget
• Prepare procurement list and schedule according to Architect specification and project schedule.
• Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from respective subcontractors according to requirements, specification, and time schedules including drafting of Subcontract Documents.
• Record all defects of works, ensure proper documentation for all variation orders and others.
• Ensure timely submission of VO cost on day to day or weekly basis and communicate with project manager; timely submission of monthly progress claims; final account closing.
• Evaluate all VO claims from sub-contractors and ensure all the variation orders are carried out in order & according to proper procedure.
• Effective follow up on payment certificate to sub-contractors and payment advice to client
• Prepare tender submissions, handle progress claims/payments, VO & finalize projects
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor
• Min 5-years experience in Quantity Surveying or experience in landed house project(s).
• Familiar with various high-end materials used for luxury house.
• Able to communicate and liaise with Chinese-speaking associate.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision, good knowledge in local standards & requirements.
