We are looking for a curious, driven and design-minded Interior Design Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating ideas into meaningful spaces and is passionate about both the creative and strategic aspects of design.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement and Design Discovery:
- Participate in client meetings to understand project goals, operational needs, challenges, budget and timelines.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform design strategies.
- Present the firm's design philosophy, methodology and portfolio with confidence.
- Ask thoughtful questions to uncover opportunities beyond the client's immediate brief.
2. Concept Development and Design Strategy:
- Translate project requirements into compelling design concepts and spatial strategies.
- Develop design narratives, concept statements and presentation materials that communicate a clear design direction.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, precedent studies and conceptual frameworks.
- Contribute ideas that balance functionality, user experience, business objectives and aesthetics.
3. Space Planning and Design Development:
- Prepare space planning layouts and test-fit options.
- Develop design proposals from concept through detailed design stages.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and presentation materials.
- Select finishes, materials, furniture, lighting and design elements appropriate to the project vision.
- Collaborate closely with clients and consultants throughout the design process.
4. Technical Documentation and Coordination
- Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, schedules and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Ensure design intent is accurately translated into built outcomes.
- Participate in site visits, project reviews and construction coordination meetings.
5.Project Planning & Commercial Awareness
- Assistin preparing preliminary cost estimates and project budgets.
- Support project scheduling and milestone planning.
- Understand how design decisions impact project cost, programme and long-term value.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design or related design disciplines.
Strong design sensibility and spatial thinking ability.
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and rendering software.
Ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership.
