Position Objective

• As a member of the School Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Parent Experience (PX) provides single-point leadership for how families experience communication, engagement, and day-to-day interactions with the school.

• The role ensures that communication is clear, coordinated, and confidence-building, and that parent engagement is intentional rather than reactive.

• Working closely with academic and operational leaders, the role strengthens parent trust, belonging, and advocacy across the lifecycle, recognising that sustained retention and positive word-of-mouth are outcomes of consistently strong parent experience, not standalone initiatives.

Responsibilities

Parent Experience Leadership

• Provide end-to-end oversight of the parent experience environment across communication, engagement, and service interactions.

• Define clear parent experience priorities aligned to school strategy and to regional Parent Experience frameworks.

• Establish and monitor parent-facing operational standards (e.g., communication Service Level Agreements (SLA), issue resolution discipline, front-facing service quality).

• Regularly “walk the parent experience” to identify friction points and confidence gaps to be addressed.

• Surface risks to parent trust and advise leadership on mitigation.

Strategic Communications

• Lead communications team on school-wide parent communications to ensure clarity, consistency, sequencing, and alignment. Do so by building frameworks, process and governance systems for the team to execute on, for greater PX.

• Provide strategic guidance to leadership on messaging and tone, particularly for sensitive or complex matters.

• Lead school-level crisis communications, ensuring timely, clear, and confidence-building messaging aligned with regional brand and escalation protocols.

• Ensure all school communications adhere to guidelines, tone of voice standards, and narrative frameworks.

• Maintain alignment with regional communications sequencing and experience discipline frameworks

Parent & Community Engagement

• Adopt and embed agreed regional Parent Experience frameworks.

• Oversee key community-facing workstreams that strengthen belonging, advocacy, and long-term connection to the school, including volunteer and ambassador structures, milestone events, and alumni engagement where relevant.

• Support community and stakeholder engagement activity that strengthens the school’s reputation, relationships, and sense of connection across its wider community.

• Support the Community Engagement Manager to lead, design and deliver intentional parent engagement initiatives that build belonging and long-term advocacy.

• Ensure coherence and continuity across parent engagement activities, minimising one off events and strengthening sustained relationship building.

• Ensure key lifecycle moments (e.g., transitions, milestone events) reinforce connection and confidence.

Voice of Parent & Insight Integration

• Oversee collection, interpretation, and practical application of parent feedback.

• Ensure ‘Voice of Parent’ (annual survey) and related insights translate into visible improvement actions.

• Support leadership in closing feedback loops transparently.

• Monitor patterns that influence parent confidence and advocacy.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Prioritise coherence by partnering and closely coordinating with the academic, operations, admissions, and marketing teams to strengthen the overall parent journey.

• Act as connector across functions where parent experience risks fragmentation. Includes championing experimentation and responsible AI adoption.

• Maintain active alignment with Regional Parent Experience and Regional Brand functions to ensure coherence across frameworks, tone, and experience standards.

Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and develop the Communications & Community Engagement teams.

Position Requirements

Essential

• Senior-level experience leading strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or customer/community experience in complex organisations.

• Demonstrated ability to design and improve stakeholder or customer journeys, translating insight into measurable experience improvements.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, inspire teams, and represent the school confidently in parent-facing forums.

• Advanced written and verbal communication capability, including audience segmentation, copywriting and editorial judgement aligned to brand and tone-of-voice standards.

• Strong familiarity with digital communication platforms and tools.

• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and improvement without direct authority.

What you will do:

As Customer Excellence & Quality manager, you will be assigned directly to one or more major customers/ dealers to ensure their requirements are fully understood and translated to JCI’s design and operations processes.

This role will drive communication and action working directly with customer focal points for quality, account executives, PBU Quality leaders and other functional experts and leaders such as R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales and Service.

This role includes establishing critical customer quality metrics for assigned key accounts while coordinating with the Customer Excellence & Quality Leader, orchestrating escalation resolution, and advocating for customers to ensure JCI is the best supplier. About the Role

This is a dual-property role covering both Furama Riverfront and Furama City Centre. At Furama Riverfront, we are curating a lifestyle destination at River Valley / Tiong Bahru — a synergistic mix of F&B, wellness, and lifestyle tenants designed to serve hotel guests, neighbourhood residents, and families, while driving traffic to the hotel. Furama City Centre adds a complementary urban commercial and retail leasing dimension to the portfolio.

This role manages the full tenancy lifecycle across both properties — from prospecting and negotiation through to tenant performance management, renewals, and lease administration. The incumbent works closely with external agents to secure tenancies and acts as the primary landlord representative, building relationships that sustain long-term occupancy and asset quality.

Key Responsibilities

Tenancy Leasing & Curation

•      Source and evaluate prospective tenants aligned with the lifestyle hub brief and hotel synergy objectives across both properties.

•      Work with external real estate agents to secure new tenancies, managing agent relationships and coordinating viewings and proposals.

•      Lead lease negotiations for new tenancies, expansions, renewals, and surrenders.

•      Plan and implement the desired trade mix for assigned properties in consultation with the Investment Portfolio Manager.

•      Make recommendations to management on tenant suitability of fit based on concept, financial standing, and track record.

Tenant Relationship Management

•      Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants on leasing and tenancy matters across Furama Riverfront and Furama City Centre.

•      Build and maintain strong, trust-based landlord-tenant relationships to support occupancy stability and long-term retention.

•      Attend to tenant feedback, operational concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

•      Monitor tenant sales performance (GTO) and work collaboratively with tenants to address underperformance.

Lease Administration & Compliance

•      Prepare and manage all tenancy documentation including Letters of Offer, Lease Agreements, Novation Agreements, and Deeds of Surrender.

•      Ensure proper execution of lease documents, receipt of deposits, and stamp duty compliance.

•      Monitor lease expiry pipeline and proactively manage renewals to minimise vacancy risk.

•      Handle arrears management and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.

•      Coordinate fit-out, handover, and reinstatement processes with building management and facilities teams.

Reporting & Asset Performance

•      Prepare and maintain monthly tenancy schedules, vacancy reports, and occupancy dashboards for both properties.

•      Track and report on GTO sales, prospecting pipeline, renewals, and lease compliance.

•      Support budget preparation, rental forecasting, and re-forecast exercises.

•      Provide regular updates to the Investment Portfolio Manager on leasing activity and asset performance.

Requirements

•      Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or commercial tenancy / leasing management, preferably on the landlord side (property owner, REIT, mall operator, or property management company).

•      Proven track record managing a portfolio of tenants through the full tenancy lifecycle.

•      Solid understanding of lease documentation processes: LOO, LA, Novation, Deed of Surrender, e-stamping, and stamp duty.

•      Experience in GTO monitoring, tenancy mix planning, and vacancy management.

•      Comfortable working with external real estate agents and managing agent relationships to source and secure tenancies.

•      Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to manage tenant and agent relationships with professionalism and authority.

•      Proficient in tenancy reporting and comfortable with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

•      Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.

•      A real estate agency licence is not required for this role.

Role Objective

The Assistant Manager / Manager leads DOT's impact evaluation efforts to strengthen intervention measures and program enhancement.

Main deliverables for role:

• Design and implement M&E activities for all client facing projects/ programs run in the organisation; and
• Support program leads/ managers with collection and analysis of data in relation to the progress of their projects;

This person will also support the CEO to interface with various stakeholders where necessary and be a key team member when setting and evaluating grant KPIs, and work closely with the Fundraising department to ensure relevant data points are captured.

Main Responsibilities:

1) Monitoring & Evaluation

• Responsible for providing strategic inputs to the management to ensure the organization maintains its course to fulfil its mission. This includes:
• Developing and strengthening indicator criteria, monitoring strategy, inspection and evaluation procedures on ongoing and new projects/programs with Funders.
• Ensuring consistent data collection in order to track expenditures progress towards achieving the project/ program output, measuring KPIs for funded/ non-funded programs.
• Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth implementation of Family Stoplight
• Monitor the sustainability of all project/ program KPIs, closely supporting Fundraising and Operations Departments with the reporting of these results
• Provide high quality, and timely input/ feedback to management on key projects/ programs’ progress and outcomes of activities
• Identifying bottlenecks through regular measurement activities and suggest mitigation strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the projects/ programs
• Participate in annual project/ strategic reviews and planning workshops and assist in
• Preparing relevant reports and highlighting risks and issues, where necessary
• Designing and implementing the M&E activities of all new projects
• Assist the project leads in preparing Quarterly/ Annual reports on the progress of these projects/programs
• Assist in coordinating across the available components of the various programs to ensure effective implementation of M&E efforts.  Assist the team with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use;
• Ensure the monitoring and evaluation efforts are translated to communication pieces to relevant stakeholders (internal and external). Work closely with the Financial Controller (FC) to monitor the activities being carried out to meet its objectives and provide suggestions on how to improve based on the analytics, wherever appropriate.
• Provide the impact evaluation findings to the Programs and Impact Committee / Board and is a key enabler to strengthen intervention measures and enhance thought leadership in the social service sector.

2) Salesforce

• To support the program and operations team in ensuring the integrity of information in Salesforce platform including the management and maintenance of said information.
• Ensure dashboards for KPIs are being updated in a timely manner, including ensuring parameters for additional criteria are included in the configuration of the platform.

3)     Running Funded Programmes 

• Ensure all necessary MOUs with external parties (e.g. MSF or Corporate Donors) are in place and are updated to ensure seamless execution of agreed timelines, deliverables and KPIs.
• Oversee and ensure smooth running of the entire projects, which includes:
• Assessing the needs of a project, and if necessary, building and training a skilled team to ensure KPIs can be met;
• Refining (if necessary) SOP to ensure all stakeholders are clear on the processes, requirements and KPIs to be achieved for the programmes;
• Completing necessary reporting to ensure momentum of study and surface any challenges or resourcing needs as needed.
• Support research efforts in data gathering exercises, including but not limited to, data extraction, conducting surveys and interviews, and facilitating focus group discussions.
• Participate in relevant meetings with external partners e.g. funders, MSF etc. where needed

4) General

• Assist Fundraising Team in preparing Grant / Funding impact reports with impact outcomes from specifically funded programmes
• Organize and conduct training on M&E tools for staff/ beneficiaries/ any relevant stakeholders;
• Share learnings with other partners when the need arises and be a DOT spokesperson at relevant events
