• Perform on-site interventions, repairs, remedy works, and equipment commissioning to fulfill customer requests and warranty requirements
• Organize and coordinate service job schedules to ensure timely and effective completion
• Submit daily follow-up forms and service reports promptly to maintain accurate records
• Manage, organize, and coordinate maintenance work with contractors for electrical switchgear systems
• Oversee installation and modification of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical switchgears to meet project specifications
• Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing feedback and responding to customer needs promptly
• Deliver quality workmanship and ensure on-time completion of all assigned tasks
• Maintain and use safety gear and test equipment according to established standards
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures consistently to ensure a safe work environment
• Promote positive customer relations through professional and responsive service
