Your day to day

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible Food Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring timely order completion, product quality, hygiene, and workplace safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food manufacturing and production activities to meet production targets
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to ensure timely completion of orders
• Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products to maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Lead and guide production workers to enhance efficiency, maintain discipline, and support team performance
• Ensure proper use, routine maintenance, and safety compliance of machinery and equipment
• Monitor stock usage and promptly report production or operational issues to management
• Maintain cleanliness and enforce compliance with food safety regulations throughout production areas
• Prepare detailed production reports and communicate progress and issues to management
• Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures and standard operating practices to minimize risks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant experience in food manufacturing, food production, or factory operations
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, quality control, and workplace safety standards
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organized, and skilled in solving operational problems effectively

• Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices
• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
• Prepare shift schedules
• Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus

Requirements:

• Work experience as a F&B Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)

Job Responsibilities:

• To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring project requirements at customer site are complied
• Lead a team of professionals through all phases of project development, implementation and completion
• Oversees daily project operation, logistics arrangements, and customer’s arrangement
• Project site management and coordination
• Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefing notes and status report
• Work closely with customer site operations to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed
• To participate in contractor meetings as and when required by customer
• Assist the Manager to manage customer care program. To monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer’s people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategies
• To ensure all ISD personnel and sub-contractors adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements. Review the ISD personnel and sub-contractor work activity and review their JSRA
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent
• Possessed Minimum Class 3/3A license
• Safety Orientations Course (Working in Power Plant and Construction)
• Supervise Work at Height Course (preferred)
• Candidates with high pressure hydro jetting experience will be an advantage
