Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process (job posting, interviewing, hiring)
Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Monitor employee engagement and workplace culture
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper employee records
Advise management on HR best practices and organizational development
Requirements:
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
Disploma / degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
