Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Owner to lead the Agile team and deliver the product road map required to support the business growth.

• Acquire in-depth understanding of business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/capabilities for the platforms

• Work in agile framework and be accountable for delivery of product build road map by ensuring that platform road maps prioritised against business are published regularly

• Perform other project administrative tasks such as handling of presentation decks for senior management, assisting in organising inception workshops, regional stakeholder managements (PSC) etc

• Coordinate with various key stakeholders to prepare UAT Test cases and review of test results based on targeted deliverables. Liaise with vendors or other departments to ensure testing is complete and results are documented and filed.

• Develop SIT test scenarios and perform system testing based on test plans.

• UAT support and coordination: Support user acceptance testing by coordinating with end users, gathering feedback.

• Process Improvement – Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Continuously refine QA processes, incorporating best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, development, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment, managing tight deadlines and evolving priorities

Key requirements:

• Candidate should possess at least bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Digital Innovation.

• At least 2-3 years of experiences, preferably in Banking domain.

• Resourceful and possess strong analytical skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
