ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager with deep equities technology expertise to lead complex, cross-functional delivery programmes across our client in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements

• Ensure construction works comply with BCA regulations, codes of practice, and project quality standards

• Inspect workmanship and materials used on site

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site personnel on technical matters

• Attend site meetings and prepare inspection records and reports

• Identify and report non-conformance, site issues, and deviations to the Qualified Person

• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline

• Registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience (viaduct structures, MRT projects or road works)

• Able to work independently and stationed full-time on site (EAST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical submissions in accordance with applicable codes and standards

• Perform design analysis and checks to ensure safety, constructability, and compliance

• Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, and contractors on design matters

• Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications

• Provide design support during construction, including addressing technical queries and site issues

• Assist with submissions to relevant authorities where required

• Maintain proper design records and documentation

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering design experience

• Proficient in engineering design software and drafting tools (e.g. AutoCAD or equivalent)

• Familiar with Singapore design codes, standards, and statutory requirements

• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Job Description & Requirements

• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety, and provide technical solutions for site issues.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and inspection records.
• Proven experience in road, bridge, tunnel, pilling, or related works
• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Minimum Four (4) years of relevant experience preferred.
• Shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with a qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain QAQC procedures on-site
• Conduct inspections and ensure works comply with specifications and drawings
• Prepare and maintain QAQC documentation and reports
• Liaise with project team, consultants, and authorities on quality matters
• Ensure compliance with LTA and relevant authority requirements

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant QAQC experience in construction projects
• Familiar with LTA projects and requirements preferred
• Good knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Station in Malaysia
