Responsibilities:

• To assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM coordination meetings
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect in-charge
• Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
• Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
• Assist in updating BIM standard and template for project

Job Descriptions:

• Manage emergency/ unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Provide redesign and improvements to equipment

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and ensure action follow-up to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.

• Lead repairs, improvement project implementation and liaise with vendors / contractors on scope of work.

• Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA), conduct investigation, create solutions and take full ownership of the report, including coordinating/ follow-up investigation with team member.

• Lead spare parts Management and annual inventory stock-count.

• Compile and monitor Equipment Reliability Action Tasks execution and completion then analyze and optimize.

• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Maintenance Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in mechanical Engineering or any relevant trade certificate.

• Minimum 05 years of experience in a process plant with maintenance experience.

• Should be able to communicate in English written & spoken.

• Knowledge of mechanical / process systems.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team with strong troubleshooting skill.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing troubleshooting and maintenance for all facility-related equipment such as HVAC, Fire Protection system, plumbing, lighting, generator, etc.
• Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment
• Attend to emergency breakdown and feedback
• Report on irregularities
• Update maintenance record and file service provider service sheet
• Maintain stock list and log of maintenance parts and consumable items etc.
• Ensure maintenance across the company’s property portfolio
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

To take note:

• May be required to work after office hours or on weekends when necessary.
• Work will be On-site work at company premises.
• 5.5 day work week, with alternate half day on Saturdays
