• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines
• Design of M&E systems installation and commissioning
• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works
• Ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM)
• Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations

A registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate or have 10 years of relevant experience in the design (at least 5 years in design which includes contribution to designs, writing specifications) and the supervision of the construction of structures; and have a degree accepted by PEB or BOA and construction-related degree accepted by SISV and SPM. • Undertake design project from concept to completion
