We are looking for an Assistant/Senior Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in owning and delivering accurate, compliant, and timely execution of assigned finance operations modules. The role will also involve partnering with stakeholders to ensure strong financial control, reporting integrity, and operational efficiency.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1.     End-to-End Ownership
Take full accountability for assigned finance modules and cost centres, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all transactions and reporting outputs.

2.     Core Finance Operations
Manage and execute activities across relevant finance functions, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), review and validate AP payment cycle, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets (FA), General Ledger (GL), GST, and financial reporting. To ensure all transactional entries are accurate and properly recorded within the ERP system.

3.     Financial Close Management
Lead and deliver month-end and year-end close processes for all modules, ensuring deadlines are met with high data integrity and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

4.     Reporting & Reconciliation
-Check validity of all transactions on monthly and annual management reports, audit schedules, and reconciliations (e.g., General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Governmental Surveys).
-Maintain supporting schedules such as fixed assets registers and bank reconciliations.

5.     GST Compliance
Prepare and submit quarterly GST submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy at entity and submission to Head Office.

6.     Financial Controls & Governance
-Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain proper financial records in compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
-Ensure all transactions are appropriately approved, documented, and reflected accurately in the ERP system.

7.     Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Management
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies with internal stakeholders, business units, and external partners (including ERP vendors), particularly those impacting financial reporting and close timelines.

8.     Audit & Compliance Support
Support internal and external audit processes, including preparation of required documentation and participation in asset verification and inventory count exercises when assigned.

9.     Continuous Improvement & Adaptability

-Contribute to ongoing enhancements in processes, systems, and overall finance operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

-Support finance-related committees through meeting coordination and preparation of relevant reports and insights.

-Remain flexible and responsive to evolving business priorities, taking on new or adjusted responsibilities in alignment with team and organisational needs.

10.  Ad-hoc Support
Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Head of Department or CFO.

Requirements
Education: At least Degree in Accountancy

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting/ Finance work experience, preferably in Linen, F&B industries

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel (esp Pivot, Vlookup etc, Word, PowerPoint),

• Have experience in managing full set of accounts, familiarity with Synergix ERP would be an added advantage,

• Energetic and able to work well in a fast-paced, high work volume, results-oriented, collaborative environment,

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure within tight schedules,

• Resourceful, active team player with good interpersonal and willingness to learn,

• Meticulous, organized and able to handle data entries accurately and efficiently,

• Exposures to Finance related AI softwares eg RPA, Power BI.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Independently manage the full finance and accounting functions of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and company accounts, including review of work performed by team members.
• Handle full sets of accounts from source documents to financial statements, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
• Perform monthly and year-end closing, including preparation of management accounts, supporting schedules, intercompany reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports for group consolidation and management review.
• Group Reporting for US (Must be strong in IFRS and consolidation)

Statutory & Compliance

• Prepare and submit statutory filings, including GST returns, Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), and corporate income tax computations.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation in compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/FRS), and other relevant regulations.
• Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audits, including coordination for audited financial statements.

Stakeholder & External Liaison

• Liaise independently with external auditors, tax agents, banks, vendors, regulatory authorities, and council members.
• Act as the key finance point of contact for MCST-related financial matters.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow

• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for managed properties.
• Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and manage payments, collections, and banking matters to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Operations & Coordination

• Monitor and coordinate with on-site administrative staff on invoice submissions and supporting documentation.
• Serve as the liaison between the finance department and operations managers to ensure timely and accurate financial processing.

Management Support

• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
• Undertake other finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Candidates applying for the Finance Manager position must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Prior experience handling full sets of accounts, preferably in property management, real estate, or MCST environments.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Good working knowledge of:
  Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/FRS)
  GST and corporate taxation in Singapore

Job Summary

The Waiter Supervisor is the tactical lead on the floor, ensuring that service is as seamless and rhythmic as the music on stage. In a Live House, service happens across two fronts: the high-energy main floor and the high-touch private VIP suites. You will be responsible for coordinating the waitstaff, managing guest flow, and upholding premium service standards during high-decibel, high-volume shifts. You are the "problem-solver" who ensures that every drink is cold, every order is accurate, and every guest feels like a rockstar.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Leadership & Supervision

• Floor Coordination: Direct the waitstaff and runners, assigning sections for both the main live hall and the private rooms.

• Service Standards: Monitor "table touches" and service speed to ensure guests are never waiting for refills or assistance.

• Briefings: Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate set times, VIP arrivals, menu specials, and potential "sold-out" items.

2. Guest Experience & Conflict Resolution

• VIP Management: Personally oversee service for VVIP tables and private suites, ensuring personalized attention for high-spending clients.

• Issue De-escalation: Handle guest complaints or order errors with grace and speed, ensuring a positive resolution before the guest leaves.

• Ambiance Control: Monitor lighting levels, room temperatures, and cleanliness in the suites to maintain the venue's premium atmosphere.

3. Operational Efficiency

• POS Oversight: Assist staff with complex transactions, voids, and split bills; ensure all "open tabs" are closed out accurately at the end of the night.

• Upselling: Motivate the team to hit nightly sales targets through strategic upselling of premium bottles and snack platters.

Ad Hoc Tasks

In a Live House environment, roles often blur during the "peak" of a show. You may be required to:

• Crowd Flow Assistance: Help the security team manage bottle-necks at the entrance or near the stage during headliner transitions.

• Technical "First-Aid": Perform basic troubleshooting for tablets or microphones if the AV team is occupied.

• Emergency Bar Support: Step behind the bar to assist with glassware or simple drink service if the floor is steady but the bar is slammed.

• Artist Liaison Support: Deliver hospitality riders or specific food orders to the backstage/green room area for performing talent.

   Prepare daily sales reports and cash handling procedures.
   
9. Promotions and Upselling:Implement promotional activities and upselling techniques to increase sales and revenue.

• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
