Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting with 1 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts preferably with MCST

• Able to meet deadlines of the portfolio's requirements.

• Meticulous, resourceful & motivated

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Process payment vouchers and handle accounts payable tasks
• Manage posting and recovering of expenses
• Assist with audit confirmation requests from clients
• Responding to inquiries from different departments.
• Aid in bank reconciliation and diligently follow up to clear any unreconciled items.
• Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvy

• Conduct on-site measurements for aluminium and glass products, including sliding doors, casement doors, windows, shower screens, wardrobes, and customised systems.
• Assess site conditions and prepare accurate measurement reports for production.
• Coordinate project schedules with customers, interior designers, suppliers, and installation teams.
