• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, with relevant certification (e.g. CISA or equivalent preferred).
• At least 7 years of experience in IT audit / technology risk, with strong exposure to infrastructure and IT security environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, target and onboard clients in the IT / Construction / General sectors with business loan or equipment financing requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with SFRS(I) / IFRS
• Perform intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and balance confirmations across group entities
• Prepare consolidation journals, minority interest calculations, and goodwill/PPA schedules
• Maintain and update the group consolidation workpapers and reporting templates
• Support the preparation of management reporting packs for senior leadership and the Board

Statutory& Regulatory Compliance

• Assist in the preparation of entity-level statutory accounts for Singapore and overseas subsidiaries
• Coordinate with local finance teams and external auditors across multiple jurisdictions
• Support year-end audit processes, including preparation of audit schedules, flux analysis, and auditor queries
• Monitor compliance with filing deadlines across entities (ACRA, IRAS, and overseas equivalents)

Intercompany& Treasury Support

• Maintain intercompany loan schedules, interest accruals, and related-party disclosures
• Support intercompany recharges, transfer pricing documentation, and reconciliation of intercompany accounts
• Assist with foreign currency translation and revaluation entries
  

Entity Accounting

• Maintain full accounting records for APG, the Group's Singapore-incorporated investment holding company
• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions, including management fees, recharges, intercompany loans, and dividend entries
• Maintain the fixed asset register and process depreciation journals for APG
• Process and reconcile Singapore payroll entries for APG employees, including CPF contributions and related accruals
• Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheet schedules for APG
• Liaise with the corporate secretary, auditors, and tax agents on APG's statutory and compliance requirements

Systems& Process

• Work with the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) to extract and validate financial data
• Support process improvements and standardisation of reporting across group entities
• Assist in onboarding new entities into the group reporting framework

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA (Singapore), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a group consolidation or group reporting function
• Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm is preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (precision engineering, medical devices, or related industries preferred)
• Experience with Singapore-listed companies or other listed group structures (ASX, Bursa Malaysia, HKEX, etc.) is an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central is a plus
• Strong technical knowledge of SFRS(I) / IFRS, particularly standards relevant to consolidation (SFRS(I) 10, 3, 1-21, 1-36)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, financial modelling); experience with consolidation tools an advantage
• Ability to handle multi-currency consolidation and foreign exchange accounting

Job Purpose

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all construction and technical documents for the company. She will be implementing processes and tools, providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems, distributing documents, and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for creating and maintaining a filing system that supports efficient informationmanagement with the project team.

•Effectively follow the Company’s standard operating procedures in submissions of documents andresponsible for complying with Project Control System procedures for proper documentation.

•Conduct regular review audits to ensure information on all records is accurate and up to date.

•Provide administrative support for site set-up and maintenance.

•Coordinate with all departments to assure that all documents are kept in the right place and in theright department file archive to ensure consistency across the business.
