We are looking for a skilled Marketing and Events Coordinator with strong organizational and administrative abilities. You will be part of a small, agile team reporting to the Assistant Director of Marketing, supporting multiple departments with marketing and event initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all administrative and operational aspects of marketing and events.
• Handle event registrations, volunteer coordination, administrative briefs, and post-event feedback.
• Plan and oversee event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, AV, signage, and transportation.
• Manage on-site event setup, troubleshoot issues, and assist with registration and ushering.
• Maintain internal records, reports, and systems accurately.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and vendors effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilites:

• Support the clinical team in advising clients on financial assistance schemes, ensuring timely updates for means testing reviews and subsidy renewals
