• Work with internal data to support AI initiatives, including data collection, cleaning, structuring, and basic analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI and system solutions.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for the setup, integration, and maintenance of AI and IT systems.
• Monitor and optimise the performance of implemented AI solutions to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
• Support and maintain company IT infrastructure, including email systems, cloud platforms, and user account management.
• Provide technical support to employees to ensure smooth usage of AI tools and IT systems.
• Maintain proper documentation of systems, processes, and IT assets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, data processing, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, automation platforms, data analytics tools) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IT systems, including cloud platforms, email systems, and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse business processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Prior experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, or IT support will be an advantage.
