Responsibilities:

• Handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Organizing and maintaining up-to-date financial records and cash flow
• Managing tasks such as invoicing, issuing Debit and Credit Notes, and preparing Statements of Accounts
• Depositing cash/cheques and preparing receiving vouchers.
• Following up on, collecting, and allocating payments.
• Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work

• Willingness to commit to a 5.5-day work week

Junior Construction Manager (5–8 years)

• 5–8 years of construction industry experience.

What you can expect:

The role will sit within ITGPST (International Technology and Global Payments Solutions Technology) APAC Strategy and Innovation function, which works with Application Managers, Enterprise Control functions and COOs across the line of businesses to establish Payments Technology Strategy.

You will oversee the analysis of internal and external change drivers and curating forward looking technology strategy for Payments flows across the region.

What you will do:

• Manage senior stakeholders communication and reporting.
• Analyse current state of technology across payment products for 12 APAC Markets.
• Develop and socialize 3, 5 and 10 year technology strategy articulating change drivers and innovation opportunities.

Your background:

• Knowledge of APAC regulations, payment products & understanding of regulatory risk management preferred.
