Job Description:

• Set up pyrotechnics show
• Prepare, execute and operate pyrotechnics display
• Install, test and administer technical facilities
• Handle and install pyrotechnics and special effects
• Assist in coordinating with clients on stage props requirements
• Set up, install, rigging and truss stage props, equipment and system
• Props maintenance and running

Requirement:

• Preferably with working experience in both outdoor and indoor venues
• NITEC/ GCE O Level, preferably in Audio Engineering or equivalent
• Must be computer literate
• Those with electrical knowledge will be an advantage
• Must be willing to work outside normal office hours including weekends and public holidays
• Able to commence work within short notice
• Training will be provided

• Safely and efficiently operate chemical processing equipment to meet daily production, quality, and productivity goals.
• Enforce "zero tolerance" safety policies and use Stop Work Authority to escalate any procedural deviations or abnormalities.
• Serve as an active member of the Emergency Response Team, which includes qualifying for and wearing a full-face respirator.
• Monitor production parameters and perform routine checks to ensure equipment reliability and process stability.
• Execute the assembly, disassembly, and basic maintenance of production equipment during process changeovers.
• Operate and troubleshoot analytical equipment to conduct in-process testing and final product validation.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure they reflect actual manufacturing practices.
• Complete all assigned training and qualifications to ensure you are certified for every task performed.
• Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize daily tasks and meet plant-wide strategic objectives.
  
  What are we looking for?
  Education :

• Minimum Nitec in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent for fresh graduates.

  Work Experience :

• 1-3 years experience in process, production, or project engineering, preferably within high purity specialty chemicals, food, nuclear, semiconductor or pharmaceutical plant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair work of in-house production automation machines.

•  Identify and initiate actions to prevent occurrence and recurrence of machine breakdown

• To record all repair, faults, action taken & maintenance tasks and shift handover update.

• To provide vision system support during shift to ensure production machines & equipment is repaired timely.

• To support all Automation Integration

Requirements:

• NTC/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Industrial/Plastic technology or equivalent qualification

• 1-3 years relevant working experience in Factory Automation, Machine repairs and maintenance

• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding/ Machine Vision/ or PLC Programming is a plus.

• Good team player with positive working attitude
