Sales Supervisor Skills/Abilities/Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course with emphasis on marketing.

• Proven work experience in marketing and achieving set targets.

Job Summary

Lead and supervise laundry operations with a focus on team leadership and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the laundry section to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Operate laundry machinery safely and supervise its use to maintain productivity
• Train and coach new laundry attendants to meet operational standards
• Monitor and enforce workplace safety practices to prevent accidents
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry work area to ensure hygiene and safety

Other Information

• Salary range: $3000 - $5000 depending on experience

• Work schedule: 6 days per week, rotation basis

• Location: Sembawang

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to lead a team to conduct cleaning operations
• Ensure the safety of all all team members at all times
• Deploy your team promptly to handle cleaning operations
• Liaise with clients to ensure that cleaning operations run smoothly
• Service oriented and client comes first mindset
• Assess all cleaning equipments and ensure adequate supplies are always available and consistely update inventory status
• Any ad-hoc matters assigned
