• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times. Project a courteous and hospitable attitude.
• Take ownership of problems and promptly handle guest complaints according to established procedures. Report to the supervisor for further follow-up when necessary. Write glitch reports when required.
• Ensure guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures are followed. Encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.
• Be familiar with SR facilities, functions, major city attractions and events. Provide guests with accurate information as requested. Maintain a professional and courteous working relationship with all hotel personnel, ensuring effective communication.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area. Keep personal grooming at the highest standard.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.

Job Requirements:

• O-Level or equivalent
• Willing to perform rotating shifts
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of HMS will be advantageous

1. To operate stacker, forklift & pallet jack

2. To receive incoming material and ensure it is stored in the correct location.

3. To ensure all material received tally with Delivery Order (DO).

4. To inform Supervisor immediately if there is any discrepency in quantity received.

5. To do daily stock-taking and data entry.

6. To check storage condition temperature and humidity control of warehouse and feedback when necessary.

7. To coordinate with customers for material requirement for the week/month.

8. To arrange delivery and transport requested materials on time.

9. To follow safety rules and regulations at all times.

• Responsible in handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

• Record and reconcile expenses, including employee reimbursements.

• Assist in cash flow planning, ensure accurate update of financial records and reconciliation

• Ensure timely and accurate billing and following up with customers/vendors to ensure timely payments

• Assist in monthly general ledger journals, schedules and closing activities

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

About the role:

As a Learning & Development (L&D) Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and execution of learning and development programs across the organisation. You will assist in ensuring that training records are well-maintained and up-to-date, and engage frequently with our staff and external training providers to meet the company’s learning needs. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about people development, highly detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow with our colleagues.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee the administration of course registration, certification processes, training subsidies, and payment management.
• Maintain comprehensive training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they support present and future organizational goals
• Conduct regular reviews and update internal and external training courses to ensure relevance and alignment with business goals.
• Partner with management and business leaders to assess and identify training needs across the organization.
• Source, evaluate, and collaborate with external training providers to design and deliver tailored learning solutions.
• Manage and communicate the organization’s training calendar, course offerings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and training policies.
• Lead and manage mentorship programs and other internal development initiatives to foster continuous learning.

What we’re looking for someone who’s:

• At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Preferred qualifications include Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
• A Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management.
