Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead and manage regional end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, career fairs, educational institutions, and professional networks.

Internship Programmes

Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager will lead the department in the publicity needs of the Club internally and externally. Content and events developed by the department is supervised by the General Manager.
