Requirement:

Responsibilities

• Support project and construction managers in coordinating and executing site activities to achieve project objectives
• Prepare and conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and implement appropriate safety control measures
• Ensure full compliance with BCA SMM requirements, MOM, and NEA regulations to uphold legal and safety standards
• Monitor and enforce on-site safety practices in line with company policies and procedures
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure proper implementation of safety measures and a safe working environment
• Perform regular inspections to verify compliance with regulatory authorities’ requirements
• Lead and manage safety inspections to proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Promote and uphold environmental, health, and safety (EHS) best practices across all construction activities

Required Competencies & Certifications

• Relevant BCA safety training certifications
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer with MOM
• Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with NEA
• Certified in Confined Space Assessment with valid accreditation

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects
• Registered Environmental Control Management Officer (ECMO) with PUB (advantageous)
• Experience in Precast, PPVC, or Modular Integrated Construction (MiC/MET) projects is a plus
