Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities and M&E systems, including ACMV equipment, chillers, electrical systems, and BMS
• Plan and coordinate shift schedules and manpower deployment to support operational requirements and building coverage
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance works
• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure works are carried out in accordance with operational, safety, and quality standards
• Support integrated system testing, annual shutdown activities, and facility improvement projects
• Monitor building systems performance and respond to operational or technical issues in a timely manner
• Assist in troubleshooting M&E system faults and coordinate rectification works with vendors and contractors
