Description:

Key responsibilities would include but are not limited to the following:

• Plan and deliver family life education talks, workshops, and group programmes for parents, grandparents, couples, and families.
• Support outreach and engagement efforts with key stakeholders, including schools, educators, community partners, religious organisations, and other agencies, to promote family life education and strengthen community partnerships.
• Lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of family-related programmes and initiatives.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior workers in programme preparation, delivery, and documentation.
• Contribute to clinical and practice competency development within the team, including case discussions and capability-building efforts.
• Support organisational projects and service development initiatives aligned with programme priorities.
• Maintain accurate programme records, reports, and evaluation data for monitoring and service improvement.
• Work flexible hours when required, including evenings and weekends.

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Social Work, Counselling, or a related discipline; Registered Social Worker or Counsellor preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in family life education, parenting/marital work, counselling, groupwork, or programme development
• Confident in facilitating seminars, workshops, and group sessions for adult participants.
• Experienced in programme planning, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation; prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Trained or accredited in relevant programmes (e.g. Triple P, Signposts, Purposeful Play, Prepare/Enrich); Applicants without these certifications should be open to attending relevant training.
• Proficiency in English as programmes will be conducted in English
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, writing, and organisational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Objectives of the position:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager, APAC to lead strategic initiatives for our key APAC markets. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our long-term strategic vision, including our Strategy 2030 goals. Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Qualification:

· Proven track record of leading strategic projects and initiatives across multiple markets.

· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience in M&A strategy or execution is a plus.

· Ability to travel frequently across APAC countries
