Job Summary:

Leading a team in responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of all quality and process control systems within Fab Operations. Responsibilities:

• Data Analytics: Leverage large-scale manufacturing data (Big Data) to identify subtle process drifts, predict failures, and proactively implement controls.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Engineers, Process Control Engineers, and Technicians, setting performance goals, developing career paths, and fostering a culture of ownership and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to balance the trade-off between quality stability, process efficiency, and tool uptime.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Preferable 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership/management role focusing on Process Control, Quality Assurance, or Yield Engineering within a Fab environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes in different modules.

Job Description

A Research Fellow position is open under the supervision of Prof. Gong Xiao, at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore (NUS).   The Research Fellow will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) on one or more research projects.  The project aims to explore advanced semiconductor electronic devices for future advanced integrated circuits.

Qualifications

Job Scope:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their chiller systems.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for future improvements.

Job Responsibilities:
