Responsibilities:

• Organize & conduct EHS kick off meeting prior vessel arrival
• Assist SRM/PM to monitor & control inherent hazards prior work commencement
• Perform hotwork & hazardous works certification
• Involved with client on EHS audits at clients’ sites
• Prepare and submit monthly SOC Hazard reporting
• Handle monthly EHS committee meeting and inspections on site
• Assist SRM to organise VSCC meeting (Acts as Secretary)
• Maintain project EHS related record
• Coordinate the PTW system implementation
• Update vessel safety coordination board
• Coordinate & inspect firefighting & rescue equipment deployed on vessels
• Drive the implementation of project EHS plan / project accident prevention activities / project risk management
• Investigate accident/incident & near misses

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree related to EHS or any Engineering fields
• Possess 3 years’ experience in EHS role
• Possess Hotwork Assessor Certification & Confined Space Assessor Certification are added advantage
• Good understanding of Workplace Safety & Health Act & Shipbuilding & Ship Repairs regulation
• Good report writing & incident investigation & analytical skills
• Possess strong leadership & interpersonal skill
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting and presentation purpose

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and local authority requirements
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve site issues related to civil, structural, and integrated fit-out works
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress, quality, and safety
• Report any deviations or non-conformities to the RE/SRE/QP promptly and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Review and verify shop drawings, material submissions, and progress claims
• Monitor and document integrated fit-out works, ensuring proper coordination with base building structures and services
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection checklists, and documentation records
• Ensure all works comply with statutory requirements and industry codes of practice

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in A&A projects with integrated fit-out experience
• Registered RTO (C&S) with IES / ACES
• Knowledge of BCA regulations, local codes, and safety requirements
• Experience in reviewing shop drawings and fit-out integration with structural elements
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) is required

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health programs in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Assist in risk assessments and the development of safe work procedures.
• Monitor compliance with WSH regulations, company safety policies, and permit-to-work systems.
• Organize and conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety training programs.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
• Maintain safety records, permits, inspection reports, and other WSH documentation.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory authorities on safety-related matters.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills and response planning.
• Promote a positive safety culture and encourage employee participation in safety initiatives.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure adequate safety resources are available.
• Assist management in achieving WSH performance targets and continuous improvement objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Workplace Safety and Health, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Certified Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC) qualification recognized by the relevant authority.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in workplace safety and health coordination, preferably in construction, manufacturing, marine, or related industries.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk management, and incident investigation procedures.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and permit-to-work systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct safety briefings and training sessions effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
• Strong observation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Possession of additional safety certifications will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel between project locations when required.

1.  Product Design & Development
–     Lead end-to-end design of furniture products, from concept ideation through prototyping, sampling, and production handover
–     Develop detailed 3D models,technical drawings, and production-ready specifications for in-house or outsourced manufacturing
–     Collaborate closely with factory to validate structural integrity, material selection, and assembly processes

2. Client & Space Solutions
–     Work alongside sales and project teams to develop custom, client-tailored furniture configurations for specific site requirements
–     Translate client briefs and site measurements into layout proposals, technical specifications, and presentation materials
–     Produce compelling 2D/3D visuals and proposals for client-facing use

3.  Visual Content & Marketing Support
–     Produce high-quality product renders and visual assets to support product launches, catalogues, and marketing campaigns
–     Support photography planning and in-house content production to reduce outsourcing dependency and accelerate content output
–     Direct visual story telling for social media and promotional materials in alignment with brand guidelines

4.  Brand & Product Launch Support
–     Contribute to product launch strategies including the preparation of sales tools, demo models, and event materials

Technical Skills

–     Proficiency in 3D modelling software: Rhino, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent
–     Proficiency in rendering tools: KeyShot, V-Ray, or similar
–     Ability to produce technical drawings and production-ready specifications
–     Competency in 2D layout and presentation tools (Adobe Suite or equivalent)

Private Ambulance Operators to operate Emergency Ambulance in Airbase

Primary responsibilities of Ambulance operator are to drive the Ambulances in response to emergencies in the camps

Drivers are also required to assist in patient transfer and support the cot stretcher related operations

Rotating shift - 09.00 AM to 9.00 PM / 09.00 PM to 9.00 AM
