Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Build, mentor, and lead country managers and operations teams across the region.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline.
• Develop succession plans and leadership bench strength within SEA.
• Guide and support implementation staff, who are to ensure assigned customer onboarding projects are successful in the review, development and deployment of Operating Guidelines.

Financial Management

• Own regional P&L performance.
• Manage budgets, cost structures, and capital investments.
• Drive profitability while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in international logistics or freight forwarding.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record managing multi-country operations in Southeast Asia.
• Deep expertise across air and ocean freight operations, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance
• Strong P&L management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations in emerging and diverse markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across customers, partners, and government bodies.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
