• Patrol school premises regularly to maintain a safe and orderly environment for students and staff
• Manage cases for students identified as at-risk, including monitoring progress and coordinating interventions
• Conduct investigations related to student discipline cases and produce clear, written reports for documentation
• Perform spot-checks on students’ appearance and attire to ensure compliance with school standards
• Support the Discipline team during school functions and events such as Speech Day, Sports Carnival, and Level Camps

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a secondary school environment performing discipline-related functions
• Prior experience managing student discipline at the secondary school level

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating and liaising closely with Customers, Airlines, Cargo Terminal Operators, Departments, Overseas Agents / Offices and Service Providers on Shipments.
• Action promptly on Customers’ shipment arrangements and requirements.
• Perform checks and monitoring to ensure shipment arrives at its arranged destination(s) within the required timeline(s).
• Administer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and / or Service Reports according to Customer’s shipment processes and requirements.

• Work together with Other related Parties (ie, Airlines, Cargo Terminal Operators, Overseas Agents, Service Providers, etc) on resolving problems that may arise during the shipment processes so as to prevent any possible recurrent problem(s).

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma holders
• PC literate with good work skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

Qualification:
