• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in import/export management, preferably in commodity trading or wholesale distribution
• Strong expertise in international trade regulations, customs compliance, and shipping documentation
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, trade finance instruments, and cross-border logistics operations
• Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and international negotiations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-value transactions simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Experience in agricultural commodity trading (e.g. onion, potato, ginger)
• Familiarity with regional sourcing markets such as India, China, and Southeast Asia
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities
• Leadership experience in managing teams or cross-functional coordination

Issuance and checking of PPE and update of logs
Monitor office inventory (stationary, pantry and cleaning supplies)
restock when needed
Handle basic manual tasks (printing, scanning and filling of documents)
Handle incoming and outgoing dispatch
Updating of records, filing, retrieving and reviewing of audit trails

Handle vehicles renewal, dormitory administrative tasks

Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel
Able to work independently, good team player and interpersonal skills

• Support daily centre operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Assist with class scheduling and coordination of timetables
• Help organise and set up events (e.g. workshops, open houses, festive activities)
• Manage basic supplies and assist with simple purchasing tasks
• Maintain records, documents, and basic administrative data
• Handle general enquiries and communication with parents
• Provide day-to-day support to the management
• Ensure the centre remains neat, organised, and welcoming

Job Description:

* Ensure that all meals and food are prepared and delivered in proper

containers / packages to ensure freshness of meals and food

* Ensure that all meals are prepared and delivered on time and according

to the schedule set by the General Manager/Directors

* Ensure compliance in Food Safety Management Systems and Halal

Certifications.

* Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures

* Remain accountable during working hours

* Manage and oversee the logistics and operations of the company

including deliveries

* Manage and support clients’ enquiries and relations

* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company

assets

* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others in the

company as well as other stakeholders

* Perform other tasks and duties when assigned to by the

Manager/Directors

* A Driving Licence would be a plus
