As a Digital Business Analyst for Websites & CRM Systems, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that digital transformation initiatives deliver maximum value and meet user needs. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for the organisation's website modernisation and CRM transformation projects. Working closely with product managers and project managers, you will translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications whilst ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and user experience goals.

Job Description:

Workplace & Operations Support:

• Support day to day workplace operations, including procurement of office supplies and pantry provisions.
• Coordinate food and logistical arrangements to support team activities and meetings.
• Maintain basic operational trackers (e.g. office assets, equipment, access items).
• Support office location changes or workspace transitions during defined periods, where required.

Scheduling & Coordination:

• Coordinate meeting schedules and send calendar invites as required.
• Track meeting logistics and follow up on arrangements to ensure readiness.
• Ensure meeting details (venue, materials, attendees) are organised and communicated.

Meeting & Logistics Support:

• Prepare meeting materials where required.
• Support meeting setup and post-meeting follow-ups.
• Assist in ensuring smooth execution of team meetings and events.

Operational Records & Asset Management:

• Maintain and update organisation charts and operational records.
• Track and manage office related items such as access cards and asset lists.
• Ensure operational documentation is kept current and organised.

Workplace Point of Contact:

• Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day administrative queries.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., facilities, IT, HR) for operational requests.

Ad Hoc Support:

• Provide general workplace and administrative support as required by the team.

Requirements:

· Degree in a relevant IT field with 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing.

· Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle (Agile preferred).

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

· Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage users at all levels and facilitate discussions

· Proactive, motivated, and inquisitive mindset.

· Ability to code and iterate during planning sessions and conduct workshops.

Job Responsibilities:
Functional Specification

• Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional specifications based on the functional and non-functional requirements document.
• Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define and ensure traceability from functional specifications to business requirements.

Technical Design

• Responsible to create technical design.
• Ensure technical design adheres to architectural roadmap, Development practices, and security requirements.
• In case of vendor implementation: Ensure vendor resources creqate technical design document.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase.
• Collaborate with Production Support to establish TI operations procedures and document as part of Tech Design.
• Coordinate execution of threat modelling process with assistance of Security Architect to ensure implementation of safeguards is comprehensive in accordance with threats.

Testing & Scope Management

• Clarify test finding escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request).
• Provide input to impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request.
• Work with Test Manager to review test plan and functional test scope.

Job Requirements:

• Delivery experience on medium to large scale projects.
• Anti Money Laundering application experience
• Required to have experience working with AML Fircosoft applications
• Continuity Screening
• Watchlist Management (FUM, FMM, FML, FFC etc)
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret business needs, conduct gap analysis, and translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Strong capability in process analysis and documentation of end‑to‑end business flows.
  Strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
• Good to have knowledgeof Payment screening, or financial messaging, e.g. MQ, ISO20022, SWIFT
