Job Requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong insurance domain expertise across one or more areas: Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Claims Management, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Billing and Payments.
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows, business rules, forms, regulatory needs and operational processes.
• Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, validation and reporting.

The Senior PMO Executive will provide comprehensivemanagement and operational support within a healthcare technology environment. The role focuses on strengthening governance, programme tracking, documentation, reporting, and coordination across operational technology systems and related digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the department in project tracking, workplan consolidation, risk/issue monitoring, and preparing updates for management review.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards for management reporting and decision support (projects, risks, budgets, assetlifecycle, audit status, etc.).

What you’ll be responsible for: 

As a Senior Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Analyst, you’ll join our Investigation Operations (IO) team helping detect fraudulent activity, suspicious/illegal behaviors and patterns and drive projects focused on preventing and detecting financial crime. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, inquisitive individual with a background in AML compliance, who enjoys analytical challenges and is passionate about blockchain technology.

What you'll work on:

• Investigating, analyzing and identifying activity which may lead to filing suspicious activity reports, as required by law, from AML alerts, enhanced monitoring reviews, and other L1 transaction monitoring reviews.

• Working cases, as-needed, and filing SARs/STRs when appropriate.

• Assisting in fulfilling requests from and providing support to, external parties, such as law enforcement and banking partners, and internal parties, such as policy, legal and Compliance Operations partners.

• Conducting screening and adverse media checks.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

Core Requirements:

• 3+ years experience conducting AML alert review, investigation and applicable reporting, strong knowledge of AML regulations.

• Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, VASPs, and evolving global AML/CFT regulations.

• Oversee end-to end account opening/ review process of the account.

• Escalate any red flag/ alerts timely if appropriate and follow up with the RM on client onboarding/client review related matters and for escalated/prioritized cases

• Prepare reports for management reporting to facilitate relevant reviews and strengthen the control procedures and process

• Provide feedback and suggestions to relevant parties to improve the processes.

• Responsible for the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities.
