·        PR Generation: Create, format, and route Purchase Requisitions (PRs) through internal approval systems while maintaining accurate procurement logs.

·        Ad Hoc Duties: Support the wider team with projects, meeting scheduling, event coordination, and other duties as they arise.

Requirements

Store Assistant duties and responsibilities

Our company is seeking an enthusiastic Store Assistant to work in our store. Duties include helping our customers identify and purchase items, restocking the retail space, and creating appealing merchandize displays. What You'll Do

• Assist in the daily preparation of dumpling fillings, wrappers, and sauces according to our recipes
• Handle cooking during service — boiling noodles and dumplings to order, and assembling completed orders for collection

Job Description

The Operations Assistant shall support the Senior / Executive, Operations to ensure the smooth daily running of the Kitchen, Laundry, and General Logistic Support within the Nursing Home.

A. Laundry

• Collect and distribute linens
• Handle and treat soiled and infectious linens safely 
• Ensure safe and proper handling of washers, dryers, and chemicals
• Fold cleaned linens
• Report any maintenance issues within the Laundry Area to Senior / Executive, Operations   
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) 
• Perform general cleaning at the end of each day
• Assist with laundry counts and audits

B. Kitchen

• Wash and clean of kitchen equipment
• Wash, cut and prepare food
• Delivery of items (e.g., Food) to and from the Wards
• Perform any other tasks related to the kitchen and laundry operations, including area cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards.

Qualification

Qualifications & Requirements

• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Food Safety Officer Course Level 1 preferred
• Prior experience in Kitchen and Laundry operations preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Able to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work on weekends and on shifts
